Therapy works best when it’s a collaborative process.  You want to affect some change in your life (otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this) and I want to work with you to help you discover that change. I have a genuine passion for the work I do and am committed in delivering the most engaging, effective and ethical service.  I believe that therapy should be accessible for all. I meet with the majority of clients at my practice locations, but in some exceptional circumstances this may not be possible.

As such, I’m happy to discuss whether a home visit or telephone counselling session may work better for you. After all, ‘life’ might be holding you back from discovering your true self, but it shouldn’t get in the way of you doing something about it! Each session lasts for 50 minutes and there is no restriction on the number of sessions you may have. However, you are at liberty to take a break or finish whenever you wish. You will know when you no longer need to come.

  • Individual Counselling  -adults, children &  young people: from £45 per 50 min session
  • Please contact me to discuss rates for telephone sessions and home visits

I am happy to negotiate concessionary rates for low-income earners. Please enquire for further details.
