About Me

My role is to help you build trust, find the courage to express how you really feel, and in doing so discover the answer you are seeking. Whether you are engaging in therapy for the first time, or returning to explore a new issue I will work with you and your agenda.

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, which means that I use different counselling models and tailor them to meet your personal needs. After all, one size does not fit all! I have worked with children, young people and adults in private practice, doctors surgeries, prisons, supported accommodation, rehabilitation units, and schools & colleges.

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) . This provides an assurance that I will act ethically, professionally and with integrity in all my dealings with you.

I am passionate about learning! I continue to invest in me and attend regular training events and seminars to further my knowledge and professional skills. I am committed in delivering the best I can be for you.
